1. Your web hosting account may be terminated at any time without warning.

1.a. This will be done if, but not only if, you are found to be carrying out any illegal activities using your web hosting account.

1.b. This will also be done if you break these terms.

2. You accept any problems with the service.

2.a. We will always try to maintain 100% reliability, however you must accept whatever fails to function correctly.

2.b. We will attempt to fix anything that fails to function correctly.

3. If your account is terminated by yourself or by us, we will refund you an amount equivalent to the cost of any remaining months of hosting.

3.a. If you purchased a domain name through TG Hosting, it will remain under our control until it expires.

4. You accept full legal responsibility for the contents of your web hosting account, and any activities you carry out using our servers.

5. Unlimited bandwidth offers are subject to a fair usage policy.

6. Excessive amounts of traffic linked from external sites is not permitted under the fair usage policy.

7. We are a web hosting company and our customers accept full responsibility for what they do using our servers.  If anything illegal is found to be hosted by us, please email us at support@tghost.co.uk and we will investigate, suspending the offending account.

8. Hosting accounts are forbidden to run daemons or any other form of script that runs for an extended single period of time.

9. By making use of our unlimited capacity feature, you agree not to use it as a file storage area, unless those files are part of your website.

10. Only one domain may be used per account.

11. You are forbidden to host pornography using this service.

12. Web based proxy applications are not allowed.

13. Mail boxes that are not logged in to for a period of 100 days will be deleted.

14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.  You accept any future changes by accepting this.
